I normally don’t post reviews… A worker pulled my order out of the oven and bust out laughing asking his co-workers, “Who made this?” My cheesy breadsticks looked nothing like it was supposed to. Afterwards, this worker just hands it to me like nothing happened. I also got a pizza. Both the breadsticks and pizza were doughy and lacked toppings.

dominoes increased their prices to be literally TWICE what they were. my family used to get two pizzas here for around $17, which was perfect. this time they told me $40 over the phone and i literally thought they said $14. nope. $40. not worth that, whatsoever. gonna have to be a different go-to for me from now on.

I thought I give it another try, after I received last time a wrong order and had to go back to pick up what I had ordered. Today I ordered again and signed up for the car delivery option. Dominos says, if it is not out within 2 minutes, you get a free pizza. The timer stopped after 7 seconds and two minutes later I walked in the store to pick my pizza up, because nobody showed up at my car. When I asked about the free pizza, I got told to call the manager the next day. Back home, I double checked, since they stopped the timer from inside, which they did, I do not qualify for the free pizza. I am not writing this review because it is about a free pizza. I am writing it because I feel cheated. I will not order Dominos in the future again.

I've had 2 hr deliveries. Nasty, cold, and soggy wings (36 pc). To top it off burnt lava cakes left in the baking dish (see pic).

I get it that their probably short handed, but there has been a problem with something every order. Most of the mistakes are orders being made improperly. Even the simplest of changes “no jalapeños” on something that only has two toppings. Doesn’t make sense cuz the food always comes out hot and fast … just wrong. Just know if you order anything that requires changes, 9 out 10 chance you get the base menu item as is. Oh and they didn’t have $30 in cash for change and asked me to go break the bill next door cuz a $20 was the biggest bill they could handle. As someone who worked fast casual food service for more than a decade, all these problems point towards a manager that doesn’t care and a poorly run store. Tonight the manager on duty was refusing to refund the money for food that clearly hadn’t been with the original order. The manager was more worried about wasting $10-$20 worth of food than causing a scene with a customer. As a customer, I can cancel my order anytime up until it is delivered. If you eat out at a restaurant and an emergency comes up, this is how it’s handled. Only what has been received is billed and the people then leave and cancel any other food. It’s the cost of doing business, which clearly this manager and probably district manager know nothing about. Worst dominos I’ve ever been to, no competition.

I give this place zero stars!! The people are very nasty races and rude! This is by far the worst domino’s in America!!!! Please do not order from them please!!! They need to be sued for false advertising!! I’m calling the Property manager this store need to be shut down like now!! I’m not sure why this store is still open it should’ve been shut down!! The manager the staff is very very very very nasty!!! They have no respect for hard working paying customers!!! Everyone need to be fired today or retrained !!! I only gave this store one star only because there is not a option for Zero!!

The Domino's on Soapstone consistently does a good job. We order from them often and have for years! The staff is always friendly and courteous and the pizza prepared to perfection! You can be confident you will enjoy your pizza and your experience at the store!

They took my order online and then canceled it with an email message. The message said if I had any issues to call the store and provided the store number. I called the number on my cell and although the recording said it was ringing the store after five minutes I got no answer, even though the store wasn't to close for another hour. This is not the first time this has happened but it will be the last time I bother wasting my hard-earned money on these shenanigans.

Been ordering from here for years since I live nearby. Never bothered to read the reviews. Well I did today and dang this place has so many bad reviews, which is odd since I never had any issues. So here's a good review with a tasty photo of a pizza I just ordered from them today.

I ordered a 5 topping pizza and I see nothing but cheese. The toppings are uneven and there is a giant chunk of chicken I did not order on it. Not happy. I also just found a giant chunk of onion I had to dig out with a glove. I am allergic to onions! I'll be calling corporate now.
