Very simple, VERY straight forward. If you read the negative reviews about 90% of those people admit they requested something from the staff that isn't normally approved. The staff declined the request because it's against store policy. That will be the overall scenario but it will be mixed in among very confusing and irrational tantrums. I have always educated myself on a item before purchasing it. I have a best buy account that cost $120 which gives me 45 day return policy as well as other benefits. If these people had the same it would solve most of their issues. The manager of this store has been here for years. He is a young black man, wears a pink BB shirt. HE may not even be the manager, but to me he is, he is always bouncing around there helping employees and staff, I don't know him personally but I assume he recognizes me because he always asks how I have been and how in doing, if I need help with anything when passing by. I wish more best buy stores were like this one. The sawgrass store and the Boca store remind me of BSMART USA. AT BSMART the sales staff are like sharks on the hunt fighting Each Other to make sales.

Best Buy is the number one place for TVs especially electronic devices cost stereos they have an install shop in the rear they have every brand you could possibly think of and they do have sales about six times a year I recommend it highly especially for all your electronic computer and car needs refrigerators the number one place to go! Happy customer

The service is garbage I needed help looking for a product I didn’t have too much knowledge on but I know what I needed to look for. No one would help me in looking for the specific item. I ended up buying the wrong item. I asked multiple ppl for assistance but they all seemed to be heading for the break room rlly garbage service wasting your money on there employees get a new batch ASAP jus a recommendation.

I want to say thanks to Kyle who was very knowledgeable and helped me with my selection for a TV and sound bar. He also was helpful and careful when it came to squeezing them into my car which ended up being a tight fit.

To be a Best Buy card holder I am dissatisfied with the service. I asked for something that was locked up and person gave me an attitude and left and never helped I waited nearly 20 minutes for someone to kindly help me very dissatisfied with the margate Best Buy store will never shop at this one ever again..

Great little shopping center. There are several good stores in here; Best buy, Home Goods, Joanna Fabrics, Sally's and several other small stores. There is plenty of parking including handicapped spots

It takes a lot for me to give a bad review ( this is probably the first time I have ) this place is the worst store ( Best Buy ) on earth, after 2 hours and 4 human transferred calls … to find out a simple question if they had a fourth generation ring doorbell camera or third generation cordless camera in store. * and they did not have in stock ….. No Manager or anyone running the place and it clearly shows .

I stopped by to browse laptops and get a feel for them. After testing the one’s out I came to look at for 30 mins I went to look for help to see if the model with the specs I wanted was in stock, I found 3 employees in an aisle talking amongst themselves. When I let them know my question if this laptop was in stock, one of them asked me if I had let the person at the front door know what I was looking for. No, you work here I just asked you. He said he would let someone know and send them back there to meet me and went back to his conversation with fellow employees. I left and will spend my money elsewhere. Two stars for having the laptops on the floor to test. I’ll buy somewhere else.

BEST BUY SELLS DEFECTIVE TV's and then they will blame you when you try to return it. You will not get your money back. Definitely go with the warranty if you must buy here. Personally, I never want to give another dollar to them. I was standing around in front of the TV I wanted for forever, no one was helping me. The salespeople walk right by you. Ask a salesperson for help and they still can't be bothered. I guess you've got to put your name down at the host stand or whatever at the front of the store. Nobody tells you that. Terrible service, terrible products.

I went to the “Best Buy” store 🏬 to get a television 📺. I had already looked up the information on the internet. This gave me the advantage of going straight to the customer service desk to make my purchase. The customer service representative was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable making the experience very pleasurable. Therefore I’m giving five stars 🌟.
