The service is slow here and spent many minutes even when I made the appointment. There were multiple customers waiting and there was only one person attending all of them. The online appointment did have a disclaimer that it won't be honored until someone from the store confirms it, and they will contact me. Nobody contacted me. So there's no point in getting an online appointment.

I worked a team member named Christopher James !!!! The best customer service I’ve experienced in any retail store anywhere in a long time !!!!!!!!!! He should be the manager if he’s not ! He understood all my issues what I was trying to do with my account and made it happen while the store got increasingly busy. I thought I was gonna switch to T mobile but Chris helped me stay with AT&T

The attendant was attentive. He solved my problem, but I give it 4 starts, for the holidays he was the only one helping. Even when he was busy he acknowledged us, and told us what we needed to do. Unlike the one in Reston. Reston locations discriminate which is a hatecrime offense. Thank God for the Herndon location.

I regret signing up for their service. What the agent told me at the store and what I got on the bill is totally different. I wonder how many people being robbed without knowing. I wasn't even informed that I was signing up for 3 years deal until the last minute. Worst experience ever.

I would like to give 10 stars , if there is an option, to Jake and Brian, who work at Dulles Store in Herndon VA. Womdeful customer service!! lost my SIM card and my husband is not in country. He is the owner of account. These guys connected me to customer service from their phone in store ( I couldn’t call customer service from my cell phone because I did not have SIM card) and had my issue resolved with a lot of patience and good knowledge. I am very happy with AT&T’s services and with both these employees in that store. Thanks at&t for employing these wonderful guys! Exceptionally good customer service!! I got new SIM card in no time because of your patience. Thanks Jake and Brian.

Kevin was very helpful and friendly. There were some technical issues in transferring my service over, but he was persistent in making sure I walked out of the store with functioning service. Thanks! EDIT - It turns out that I was unknowingly signed up for ATT device insurance on the same day my service started for a BYOD. I definitely did not opt into this, and confirmed with the employees on the total price of the plan, which did not include insurance. I can only assume this service is added automatically and was intentionally not disclosed to me, or I was signed up for this as an add-on service without my knowledge or consent. Not cool AT&T, and it's extremely easy to switch providers.

Katie took great care of me even though she was the only one working the whole day and had a line of customers. She really owned my issue and did her all to resolve it to my satisfaction. Customer service call center seemed much less knowledgeable and very cold in terms of their empathy to a situation, but since Katie was helping me, she was able to get them to understand what I was trying to resolve. Would definitely recommend this store and Katie!
