This is the first Lacoste store that I’ve ever been to that had no fitting rooms. Not COVID related. Just no fitting rooms available. I was told that I can put on whatever I want to try on top of whatever I’m wearing. 🤷🏻♂️

3/21/2022 = Zero Star = We came back but Sorry were not happy to Manager here , she's don't care . We will not coming back in this branch . 2/27/2022 = 1 Star = We bought a lot and pay 2 different card, my credit card and my debit card , i went to return some using my debit card and cashier instead to return it to my debit card , he return it to my credit card without letting me know , I ask nicely to fix it and return the proper way but he get mad to me , horrible costumer service, he urged and yelled me , we will not come back here .

store closed at 6 pm regular store hours is 11 to 7 pm. very dissappointed came here to buy frim ur shop took me 30 mins drive and when i got here lady said ur close.

Store too small, not enough variety to choose from. Turned out buying an xl sweatshirt that turned out to be just large size. Washed it so cannot return or replace. So sad.

Hey store manager, does corporate know that you closed the store one day before Christmas ? Customers are knocking on the window asking when you'll open and you just ignore them? Called from outside and you just ignore the phones as well? Does corporate know how much money they are losing and how rudely you are ignoring would be customers who are standing in the pouring rain? Well, they do know now. FU.

The items are a little cheaper due to second or over stock. They look perfect to me. These items sold at the outlets for a reason .

I got my daughter a purse here for her birthday. She has been begging for one and I’ve been acting coy like I won’t spend that much on a bag… but little does she know! She is going to be so excited when she opens up her gift next week! Lindsey was working and helped me decided which one to go with – Relying on the insights of someone closer to my daughters age than I am was a smart choice!
