Customer service is terrible We’d have wait almost 30 mins to enter the store even though there was only 10 people were in the store at that time and another 20 mins to check out..Incredible!

The store closes at 9pm. We get in line at 7:45pm, with roughly 12 people ahead of us, and an employee tells us no more people are allowed in. So that's where my experience ended lol

Be careful when ordering you think you’re getting one color and they ship you another color it was a gift so I was unable to return it I thought I was getting one color and they said it was the same when clearly it if not the same color nor does it say the writing of the UGG color online so what you see may not be what you get and then when you call your on hold with two different people forever no live chat was available either as stated they’re not very nice either!!

UGG! Sums up my thoughts after looking for weatherproof men's footwear. Being a savvy shopper, I did some research via the UGG website, jotting down a few styles of UGG Chukka weatherproof footwear which caught my eye. Ready & willing, I made my way to the UGG Outlet at the Citadel Outlets, hoping to score some new kicks. Social distancing was enforced by limiting the amount of customers inside. After waiting about 5-10 minutes, I was allowed inside & immediately searched for the men's section. Bombarded with bedazzled, glittery & fuzzy boots, I asked one of the staff if they had weatherproof men's footwear. She directed me to a very tiny portion of the store by the registers, and was unfortunately told they did not carry any weatherproof men's footwear. Perturbed, I gave a quick glance at the shoes the UGG Outlet store had on hand, and I was off on my way to shop somewhere else. Service was good. While waiting to be allowed inside, the staff member kindly let me know I'll be let in as soon as possible. The person who assisted me was friendly & hospitable. The UGG Outlet store is located directly across the Lacoste Outlet location. I've never been to an UGG store, being how I'm not into fuzzy cumbersome boots. Browsing the website, I did find some weatherproof chukkas that would possibly fulfill my needs. However, the lack of selection, specifically men's footwear, is why I'm probably not going to visit the Citadel UGG Outlet going forward.

Their selection isn’t great at all but it’s their customer service that will make me go elsewhere. The employees nor the manager was able to help me at all. Everything was an inconvenience. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere, thank you very much.
