I am a frequent customer of GameStop and enjoy the store very much due to its great collectibles section. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience at this location. I am a Spider-Man collector so when I walk into a store that’s what I usually keep my eye out for. I saw a Spider-Man funko pop available on the shelf for sell and was very excited being able to find it at the store. When I went to ring it up it was Pennyed out. Right when the Sales associate sees the price he literally tells me that it was wrong price so I politely tell him that it is not problem can you sell it to me for its original price if it’s an error in price? he literally told me he can not sell it to me without giving me any option nor providing any sort of customer service. I left the store extremely disappointed and mad so my wife decided to call customer service/corporate and was helped by A nice gentleman by the name of Luis I explained to him the situation and he asked if I was by the store as there should be nothing from stopping them from selling me the item as they can easily override the price. I told him I was in the parking lot and he asked me to go inside and give the phone to one of the gentlemen behind the counter. They had their exchange and miraculously he was able to override the price and sell to me. Feels like the employee wanted to keep it for himself or a friend because he honestly didn’t really give me any options nor it seems like he really wanted to help. Thank you Luis for doing the right thing and truly provided great customer service. Please be careful with this GameStop location.

Worst gamestop around ordered a product that had been available for 2 weeks and get my order cancelled cause it was “pre-ordered” positive that the employee just wanted it himself 👍🏻 Game stop only garuntees 48hrs for holding it’s definitely been over 2 days

Bought 6 boosters… got zero hits. No good cards except holos. Very disappointed, big waste of 25$. Barely made 5$ back in value of cards… and they didn’t come in the best condition but, my brother bought a morpeko V-union box and got 2 hits… The guy was very nice, and so was the store, they had a lot of stock, I just don’t recommend getting singular packs…

today i called this store in DIRE need of a power adapter for the original wii (prehistoric, i know but a boys gotta have his mario kart!) and no prevail… out. of. stock… BUT! the store manager was my personal savior on this day, a messiah some might say. she did some digging and found one store that had sixteen in stock. SIXTEEN!! so she has provided my family endless fun and joy by helping us get our wii back. thanks kim. santa wished he was loved as much as kim.

Very convenient location! Next to everything and the young man working behind the desk on 1/15 during the day was very helpful and took the time to explain what the games consist of. Definitely going back when I need something.

I brought my son's PS5 to be replaced today, was expecting to be there forever. Wrong. Kim helped me. She was awesome. The easiest return I've ever had...can't thank her enough.

Rude young lady working there. We were looking for either Pokémon cards or a specific pop figurine. Came in 5 minutes till close before picking up food next door. We wouldn’t need more than that time to see if they had the one figurine. She says hello, let’s us know they’re closing soon. Told her we would be super fast. She answers the phone, I’m searching. Not even 2 minutes has passed. Husband points out second section with pops I turn around she says they’re closed and we needed to leave. Maybe it’s company policy, but in my 10 years of retail service I’ve never done this to a customer. But what can I expect? It’s GameStop.
