Had a couch delivered today, the two guys who brought it we’re awesome We live on the second floor and have a tight entry way, when I thought it wasn’t possible to get the furniture , they improvised and made it happen. BEST BUY SELLS DEFECTIVE TV's and then they will blame you when you try to return it. You will not get your money back. Definitely go with the warranty if you must buy here. Personally, I never want to give another dollar to them. I was standing around in front of the TV I wanted for forever, no one was helping me. The salespeople walk right by you. Ask a salesperson for help and they still can't be bothered. I guess you've got to put your name down at the host stand or whatever at the front of the store. Nobody tells you that. Terrible service, terrible products. ~Kaitlin
