So I have two flat tires and I pull into the Mobile station here and although it's after closing there is a mechanic in the garage. I knock on the bay window asking for help. He turns his back and refuses. Who does that at 7:30 pm to someone stranded on the side of the road? Unbelievable.

Come here if you want the job done right with no B.S. I have 4 high mileage cars (a BMW with almost 100k miles, a 2011 Camry with 145k, a 2004 Highlander with 175k, and an antique F-150 with 280k). I won’t let anybody else touch my cars. This guy is detail oriented as opposed to money oriented. We’ve lived in the Great Falls/Reston/Sterling area for over 25 yrs and have never met a mechanic with this much integrity. Come here if you’re looking for a good and ethical mechanic but don’t mind a gruff personality.

Here for my yearly car inspection, it looks like only 1 person works in this place and do everything by himself. Took him almost about two hours to finish the inspection. They don't even have any place to sit while waiting. If you are fine with the wait times and sitting in your car for at least 2 hours, come here. I gave 4 stars because of the man who is working hard but they really need more people to work here.

As I am writing review now, I have been waiting for 45 minutes for an inspection. Some guy with long hair who was doing the inspection was just walking back and forth doing anything other than the inspection. Unless you guys want to wait and waste your time, feel free to go here.

I was running late and going on 8+ without food and cashier charged me over 2 times the price on the package. Guy behind the register was litterally punching in whatever price looked good. I could tell as he edited it a couple times before charging me. I get diesel, for a large company truck, around the area very often... lost my business.

Dirty, hard to get in and out of and they fill their space with unlicensed businesses. Like tire sales and disposal(fire), a food truck without any proper hookups or permits, and signs all over blocking the view to exit and in violation of Loudoun County code.
