This branch is terrible. If you try to get any transaction done other than simple deposit and withdrawal, the employees here struggle. They will make you wait a long time. Do yourself a favor and find a branch with more competent people. ~Ayman

I've been a member of several different banks over my many years. My needs are pretty simple, and every time I've went inside for service, they have been helpful, friendly, and efficient. Since this bank is small, it may not have all of the services that large banks offer, but those are not the services I need. Their mobile app is intuitive and useful. Their ATM allows me to make deposits and withdraw money at no charge. Quite frankly, this is a fine bank. ~David

I had been a satisfied customer of this bank for 20 years. Used to be a decent bank, now is the worst. TERRIBLE, INCOMPETENT management, processes, and customer service. I had been paying a monthly car loan for several months from an automatic payment. Set it once and that was it. Three months ago, the payment was 100 TIMES the regular payment - someone (not me) had obviously moved the decimal place two digits. Wiped out my entire account. A nightmare trying to get MY money returned, still have not. Suntrust official position is they have done nothing wrong and will not help to rectify the situation. Suntrust = BLOATED + BUREAUCRATIC + INCOMPETENT + BUFFOONS ~Joe

I despise BOA and would never bank there but I had some business to do at this office. It was the best experience I have ever had with BOA! Short line and EXTREMELY friendly tellers setting a great atmosphere. ~Jeremy

Stopped in on today, Monday around 1pm and had long line of 5 customers waiting foe the 1 teller. There were two employees working in cubicle when the male employee told the female employee he was going to lunch. (Even with 5 people waiting for the teller and a customer waiting to talk to someone. When finally at teller I was told by the lady she could not do what I requested. I told her they had before then she educated me that I was asking for the wrong kind of service. I just needed a deposit. Not a good experience. ~Daniel

I did not realize that my car payment was coming out the day that it did (which is my own error). I ended up getting 5 overdraft fees. I contacted the bank and explained that of the 5 fees...2 of them were taken out on march 18 which is the same day that my paycheck was put in. I was just asking to have those 2 fees removed since there was money in my account on that day....they said no...there is nothing they can do. In my 28 years banking with them I have only overdrafted once. No even willing to remove 2 fees when there was money in my account ~Lyndsay

I have visited this Enterprise RAC several times and I have not ever been disappointed. The selection of vehicles at this location has been awesome! I have rented the following vehicles, BWM X3, BMW 740i, Jeep Wrangler, Infiniti QX80, and I have sat in the Maseratis, Porches, Range Rovers, Mercedes, etc. Each of the vehicles I have experienced have been super crazy clean and well maintained. More importantly, when something is wrong, the staff and associates are quick to address the problem. I strongly recommend this Enterprise RAC location near IAD for all of your vehicle rental needs. In my experience, I have been able to walk around the parking lot, choose the car I want and drive away; could not ask for more. ~Carl
