If I could give a negative star, I would. The technician replaced my daughter's iphone battery a couple months ago but the battery suddenly started acting up again a couple months later by suddenly changing from 100% to 0%. When I went back, he stated that it was an internal problem and NOT the battery. He stated different opinions to what caused the battery issue that were double or more of the price of replacing a battery. However, after fixing it elsewhere, I learned that it WAS the battery but also that it was, THIS PLACE'S PROBLEM because they added glue to the part of the battery which shouldn't have had anything. This caused burns to the battery but most importantly, this could have caused a fire which could've hurt my daughter!! They make a purposeful error in your first repair so that you go back and pay more, and they identify your phone by making sure you keep a sticker receipt behind your phone. I would not trust these liars who only try to scam every cent out of you. ~David

Ronnie was incredible to work with. He was extremely patient and informative, no pressure and provided all the details to significantly upgrade Cell & Internet service with MORE benefits and more value at a lesser cost than Verizon. My go to place for high quality cakes at the best prices in this region..Don't bother buying a week old frozen cake at the Supermarket...for the same or even better price you'll get an 8 or 10 inch double layer cake freshly made the same day. Family owned and run, this operation grew from the catering business known as Bon Choix. My favourite? Triple berry vanilla cake...you can see 6 layers of cake with blueberries, raspberries and strawberries sandwiched between the layers. Icing is light made with real cream folks! I originally visited the service department and met with Jorge who verified my concern. I was told that I would need to allow 4-5 hours to complete the repair. When I arrived today Jorge & DJ welcomed me. DJ came out to the service lane and evaluated my vehicle. DJ made several adjustments to resolve my concern then operated the wipers to show me it was fixed and back to operating properly within 15 min. Wonderful experience today!! I look forward to my next service visit ~Bill

If you can, run away from this place! On the first day I was told it would be take 2 weeks for the car been done. After 1 week I was told it would be 6 weeks! I've been calling and for 2 weeks my car is painting! 2 weeks to paint a car? Unbelievable! Today I called to find out if the last deadline would be met, and the answer was NO! Again, more delay! But the worst thing is not the wait, but the way the Service advisor Jessica Parsons treats you. She treats me like dirt, she is not clear in her explanations, and she never speaks clearly why it takes so long. She keeps changing the reasons for so much delay. Moreover, she is extremely rude and impatient every time that I call. I saw other review saying the same about her, so I'm not the only one being treated this way by her. Finally, I'm STILL waiting for my car to be ready... Terrible service! I do not recommend! After my review, I received an email from them saying that they want to talk with me; I responded the email with my phone number to them call me, but they didn't... However my car was ready 1 day after the review (coincidence? I don't think so) Just to end this nightmare, the service wasn't good. If you look at my car you can see where was the problem... A five (5) star review for me has to be earned. This only happens when a business on-purpose goes out of their way to assist, help and provide a significant value to not only existing customers, but to new prospects. I feel that being a customer of this business is a privilege, because the owner intentionally goes out of his way to understand customer concerns and needs regarding their vehicle requirement and/or needs. As a new North Virginia transplant, I come from a region with a large Jeep Wrangler community with great Jeep dealers that also went out of their way to service the Jeep 4WD community. Then I walk into Jeep dealers in N. Virginia that leave a lot to say when it comes to service and genuine Mopar parts. Undisputed Auto Care is a business where you can trust and experience honesty. But most important - a business that has your back! I’m so glad I found these guys via a local referral. Marco was extremely helpful throughout the repair process. Someone hit my parked car and there’s been a ton of disagreement between the insurance company, adjuster, and independent car collision. This repair shop was able to take care of that for me and I’m extremely happy with the results. I’d recommend this to anyone involved in an unfortunate car accident. ~Tim

My husband went to this Shell station to use the vacuum and for a basic car wash. Both vacuums were broken but there weren't any signs indicating this. He paid for the service but didn't get to clean the car. He also paid for the $8 express wash but it wasn't working. When he went inside, the woman wouldn't explain anything to him or give him a refund. She just kept repeating to come back tomorrow. I called and after asking her a lot of questions I got a similar response and basically pieced together that they weren't offering the $8 wash only the $10 and $12. I do think there was a language barrier but also she didn't seem like she wanted to even try to explain. Good customer service would have been to just give him the $10 service at the $8 price or give a refund... she refused the refund. She said she could only issue a refund when her boss was there...the next day. This gas station needs to fix the vacuum cleaners & car wash. Out of order signs and refunds should happen until those changes take place. Update: 7/12 : I was issued a refund but the manager didn't have experience doing this so there was a bit of a wait. She was nice though and apologized for the car wash not working. ~Jessie
