If you can, run away from this place!
On the first day I was told it would be take 2 weeks for the car been done. After 1 week I was told it would be 6 weeks!
I've been calling and for 2 weeks my car is painting! 2 weeks to paint a car? Unbelievable!
Today I called to find out if the last deadline would be met, and the answer was NO! Again, more delay!
But the worst thing is not the wait, but the way the Service advisor Jessica Parsons treats you. She treats me like dirt, she is not clear in her explanations, and she never speaks clearly why it takes so long. She keeps changing the reasons for so much delay. Moreover, she is extremely rude and impatient every time that I call. I saw other review saying the same about her, so I'm not the only one being treated this way by her.
Finally, I'm STILL waiting for my car to be ready... Terrible service! I do not recommend!
After my review, I received an email from them saying that they want to talk with me; I responded the email with my phone number to them call me, but they didn't...
However my car was ready 1 day after the review (coincidence? I don't think so)
Just to end this nightmare, the service wasn't good. If you look at my car you can see where was the problem...
