My husband went to this Shell station to use the vacuum and for a basic car wash. Both vacuums were broken but there weren't any signs indicating this. He paid for the service but didn't get to clean the car. He also paid for the $8 express wash but it wasn't working. When he went inside, the woman wouldn't explain anything to him or give him a refund. She just kept repeating to come back tomorrow. I called and after asking her a lot of questions I got a similar response and basically pieced together that they weren't offering the $8 wash only the $10 and $12. I do think there was a language barrier but also she didn't seem like she wanted to even try to explain. Good customer service would have been to just give him the $10 service at the $8 price or give a refund... she refused the refund. She said she could only issue a refund when her boss was there...the next day. This gas station needs to fix the vacuum cleaners & car wash. Out of order signs and refunds should happen until those changes take place. Update: 7/12 : I was issued a refund but the manager didn't have experience doing this so there was a bit of a wait. She was nice though and apologized for the car wash not working.

Terrible place!! No one wears face coverings not even the employees even though it's a state mandate for the pandemic. Reporting them to the health department.

Never coming to this place again. This was my favorite place since it is convenient for me but not anymore. I asked for the restroom and i was told to lift up my head and look at the sings that said "no public restroom". I told the lady that i was not the public, I was a regular customer. But she insisted that no public restroom. I assume this shell station does not need my money.

This place is sucks.. I went to go for ultimate carwash..o went out with bubbles on my car don't even rinse it... Don't ever go to this carwash...

I got the Delux Wash here and it didn't even get the dust off my car. When I asked for a refund because it did nothing I was told that because the delux wash is the basic level I shouldn't expect it to wash my car.... then told I had to come back tomorrow for the manager. Sad
