Horrible customer service. We have been renting from years and have paid them thousand of dollars. We had a fixed rate for the time being and they suddenly doubled our rentals for no reason. The management is full of lies and always lying about who actually is the district manager. The manager Frank has ZERO customer service skill. I am trying to get in touch with the actual upper management rather than these tools that answer the phone. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!!

Was given a truck with trash in the cab and three cracks on the driver's side of the windshield. Pointed the issue out, was told it's not a problem. Typical drivers are not used to these big trucks, doesn't make sense to make things more difficult or dangerous on them due to negligence in maintenance. Penske might pay the ticket, but I'm the one getting pulled over and missing deadlines.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I rented a one way 16' truck with a car platform and they helped me attach the platform and load my SUV, after being allowed to get the truck first to be loaded and the car platform the next day. The truck I rented was a 2020 one (rented in Apr 2021), in perfect condition and very clean. As a first time customer, I got a decent discount (better quote that U-Haul) and most important, the truck and carrier was guaranteed for me (as compared to competitors who don't). Highly recommended!

Have the truck I reserved 3 weeks ago maybe?? That would be of help. If I reserve a truck with a lift gate at the leesburg location. Maybe have the truck I reserved there? Not in sterling so it's an extra 15+ miles I have to pay for right off the bat. Without a lift gate. Juuust maybe?

Always get the best service & prices here! The guy who looks like "Weird Al" is worth his weight in gold! He was dealing with a difficult person when I was there -I was ready to choke the idiot, but the employee was completely professional & accommodating. I hope Penske really appreciates that guy!
