I had been a satisfied customer of this bank for 20 years. Used to be a decent bank, now is the worst. TERRIBLE, INCOMPETENT management, processes, and customer service. I had been paying a monthly car loan for several months from an automatic payment. Set it once and that was it. Three months ago, the payment was 100 TIMES the regular payment - someone (not me) had obviously moved the decimal place two digits. Wiped out my entire account. A nightmare trying to get MY money returned, still have not. Suntrust official position is they have done nothing wrong and will not help to rectify the situation. Suntrust = BLOATED + BUREAUCRATIC + INCOMPETENT + BUFFOONS
