I did not realize that my car payment was coming out the day that it did (which is my own error). I ended up getting 5 overdraft fees. I contacted the bank and explained that of the 5 fees...2 of them were taken out on march 18 which is the same day that my paycheck was put in. I was just asking to have those 2 fees removed since there was money in my account on that day....they said no...there is nothing they can do. In my 28 years banking with them I have only overdrafted once. No even willing to remove 2 fees when there was money in my account

Just wanted to express my appreciation and thanks for the excellent customer service received multiple times and most recently January 15th. The Assistant Branch Manager, Naldys effortlessly took care of multiple transactions with expertise and customer care. Each time I have visited this branch the staff are friendly and helpful. Guys this bank is awesome reason is everyone is so helpful and customer oriented that I can not explain. United bank is community bank, so accounts you open here comes with extra perks personal attention is one of them. Manager Friba, great assistant managers Naldys and Josiaha and teller side, best supervisor Ranjana and SA Ban and others are so helpful that I recommend this bank to everyone who all are reading this review.

SO SLOW!!! I waited 30 MINUTES in line for these people to get done 2 customers in front of me. Unacceptable. Hire more staff or close. We’ll be switching banks because you are all a dime a dozen.

I love every single staff member at the Regal Plaza Branch! I reside in Reston, but ride to this branch all the time. Very welcoming, there are folks that come in just to say hello or always there and speak like “friends” Best Bank I have ever had. They send courtesy calls directly & they listen to you!!!! “Hey Josiah” and a huge shout out to the Branch Manager!!!! Wonderful and down to earth. Again “they listen” most banks will not! I highly recommend United Bank....green.....

Cardinal bank was ok - had an account there for several years with no problems. Now that they've been taken over by United, they're a pain in the butt. Changing account information, closing off debit card when not used for a while, then you have to go the the branch (not particularly close, and I'm handicapped and don't travel easily) to reset it. Online customer service is abrupt and unhelpful. Avoid United Bank!

Branch Manager Friba and Assistant Branch manager Naldys was supper helpful and friendly, I have recently opened a business account there and very pleased to deal with my experience. GREAT, as a military family we move around alot so no reason to open bank accounts in each city. Only problem when need a notary. This bank helped us out even though not members. Thank you!
