Stopped in on today, Monday around 1pm and had long line of 5 customers waiting foe the 1 teller. There were two employees working in cubicle when the male employee told the female employee he was going to lunch. (Even with 5 people waiting for the teller and a customer waiting to talk to someone. When finally at teller I was told by the lady she could not do what I requested. I told her they had before then she educated me that I was asking for the wrong kind of service. I just needed a deposit. Not a good experience.

This establishment is never properly staffed at the desk, normally only having one teller available to service accounts. The rest of the people in the building would rather have you wait for the one teller rather than assist.

0 star Unprofessional staff, even the manager. I needed to open a new account and stop by. They made me wait for half an hour just to tell me they were busy and couldn’t help me and that I needed schedule an appointment. The place was not busy at all and all of them were just standing or walking around doing nothing. Worst customer service. The staff and management need to be trained on customer service skills and time management. Never going there again.

This morning I arrived at this Wells Fargo branch because I needed a document for direct deposit from my company. Unfortunately, the customer service agent was very rude to me, she spoke to me in an arrogant manner as if the bank were hers. ask her to ask one of her co-workers for help, maybe they could know about this document, she rudely told me that she was the manager.. It really is unpleasant to arrive and not be able to have any kind of response to your situation... lousy customer service..

My bank has been bought twice until it was finally bought by Wells Fargo. They have steadily grown without getting too big. They have always taken care if my issues and treated me with respect. I can't ask for more.

I went to this bank with a lot of questions and the gentleman, Dylan, was able to assist me with everything I needed. He gave me all his attention and was very kind to me and my 81 year old grandmother. I will make this Wells Fargo my go-to bank from now on and I will be recommending this place to all of my friends and family.

Only have drive in open. Horrible service rude. The banking process which already was very slow due to lack of training and professionalism with the tellers. Not tellers fault but the organization who does not want to train properly. “Wells Fargo” They have closed all branches, have to find ones that are temp open via drive through. It’s horrible Avg wait time. 45 min. Be prepared.

PROS: $1/$5/$10/$50 dispensed by the 24-hour inside ATM (the "mezza-lobby" between the exterior doors and the interior lobby door). Wonderful staff in this new Wells Fargo branch. These two great aspects of this branch make it my favored "go to" WF bank. WOULD-BE CON (...workaround!!!): Since my family has a Tundra and a Jeep -- both large vehicles -- when we pull into the bank parking lot, we get out by driving behind the bank and exiting just before the drive-up (teller & ATM). The left turn from here to leave the bank and get into the exit lanes for the shopping center is most convenient.
