This branch is terrible. If you try to get any transaction done other than simple deposit and withdrawal, the employees here struggle. They will make you wait a long time. Do yourself a favor and find a branch with more competent people.

This place takes forever to deal with people in line. 1 teller for 10 people. A process that takes 5 mins anywhere else takes 25 mins here. Avoid.

lousy people are not good for customer service especially two male people. It was 30 minutes before 5:00 pm their closing time and they did not want to attend to me because they said it was late. terrible attention from this agency

This isn't the closest location from my house but I go out of my way to visit this branch because everyone is friendly. Danielle the Branch Manager is amazing. My parents aren't fluent in English but she does her best to help them out every time and they leave the bank happy & grateful for her service. They often don't get enough help due to language barrier at different places but not here. I hope she stays there forever!!!!!!!

This is my wells Fargo branch that I visit the most. They tend to get very busy and I am not sure how they handle the volume here. I've witnessd so many customers argue over most ridiculous things and almost seems like they are taking advantage of employees willingness to help. Thankfully I am not in banking. Good god. I like the branch manager and some bankers who's been here last ten years and can certain appreciate them recognizing me when I do come in. I hope some of the crazy customers are not driving them away because they get the work done when I have issues and I kind of like the fact that I can go in and ask for help. Needless to say I love banking with Wells Fargo.

It’s clear Wells Fargo has finally learned from their past. My employer uses Wells Fargo for banking, so have used this branch near my house for my paycheck. The staff is always pleasant, but the Manager is the real star! Danielle has been very helpful anytime a hiccup with my companies payroll has occurred, and always says hi when I come into the branch! Would recommend this branch over the other Sterling branch for sure.

I went inside to withdraw some money, They were about to hand me the money and this rude blond manager approached me and said that I am now going to give you the money because it’s pending in my account and for some magical reason they might reverse the wire transfer. I can easily go to the ATM and the withdraw the funds. If you bank here you may seen this blond manager, she sits on her sit all day and does nothing, Makes her tellers do all the work. I called the district manager and I have not heard back from them yet. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Go to the other branch in sterling they are much better and at least willing to work and help you all the way. I will Sue them for this. I m hiring attorneys who are willing to pursue this matter.

I have been a customer of this branch since 2008. I rarely go in in person, and only do so when I need something business-related or some other special service. In such cases I am usually helped by the wonderful, always-friendly and professional Shaheen Kausar. It's always a joy meeting with her.
