Best moving supply store in Sterling, Virginia (VA) 2024

Horrible customer service. We have been renting from years and have paid them thousand of dollars. We had a fixed rate for the time being and they suddenly doubled our rentals for no reason. The management is full of lies and always lying about who actually is the district manager. The manager Frank has ZERO customer service skill. I am trying to get in touch with the actual upper management rather than these tools that answer the phone. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!! ~Laura
