I'll give it more stars if I could. Cellphone store trips are usually not the most fun. But Ronnie took care of business. I lost my phone and went to the store to get things sorted out. Ronnie, was quick, knowledgeable and efficient. He knew what needed to be done. Truly made my day.

I would seriously be careful coming to this location. They do nothing but fraudulent activities. I've had lines added to my account with out my knowledge call customer care and it happens to be a rep from this location. My uncle recently told me his wife sister card was charged thousand and thousand of dollars from workers at this location. Please be mindful when visiting this store. It's slickening that these people wake up go to work to scam their customers.

Ronnie was very courteous and helpful. He was even able to help a customer with Sprint employee account details. He worked quickly (though the systems may have been a little slow) and was able to answer all questions. I came in with a deal in mind that I'd researched, but he had knowledge of a better one that had just come out. Bonus: he did a fantastic job applying my screen protector! I will go back to this store to see Ronnie or the other employee I observed (Franklin?), and will recommend it to my friends and family.

I stepped in at this branch to request a service that I thought it would be complicated if at all possible and sure it was. But the assistant Ronnie was well customer service oriented. He went above and beyond to complete my request. With employees like him I will be a t-mobile customer for life!!!

I came to the store today to upgrade my phone and had an amazing experience. I was welcomed to the store by Anthony and Ronnie and was helped immediately. The upgrade process was made super fast and easy with the help of Anthony. Being a sprint customer, I was informed about a lot of great things that T Mobile has to offer. My phone back up was taking a little longer than expected but was enjoying great conversation with the staff. I was even provided with Ronnie’s work phone number, where he helped me till 11:30 pm to ensure that my phone was set up perfectly. I definitely will recommend this store, staff and service to everyone!
