By far the best post office in the Northeast area. Always super fast and very courteous. When you enter you're greeted by the smells of freshly cleaned floors. I go out of my way to use this post office. Awesome staff!

Forget going here! Very rude and no customer service at all. One time I went in the guy handed me a different box to use and then walked out in the middle of me trying to ship an order. Someone came in, the person in the back refused to help them and me and the other person had to wait til the guy returned. I ended up walking out and taking my package somewhere else where that post office gladly helped me and saw no problem with my shipment. Second time I went back, they tried to overcharge me for a fragile sticker I had on my box and basically told me it was my fault if my order ended up broken by the time it got to the destination. Will not be returning to this location! Not loyal to their customers, absolute no customer care, and lack of knowledge in their prices nor apps that partner with them for shipping.

I had a question that I first called a nearby post office for... the man was rude and hung up on me. So shout out to Bob at the Cheltenham Post Office! First he didn't hang up on me, lol. But he was incredibly friendly and went above & beyond for me! Great customer service. :)

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE They sometimes have a guy that works there on Saturday mornings, who looks like he ate horse tranquilizers, rat poison, Dramamine and Benadryl for breakfast; nothing compared to the new lady. Now they have this new nervous-superhyped women nutjob who works the counters in the morning sometimes. She handles your packages like shes got 5 minutes to get to the airport and your the one making her miss her flight. She is very,very rude and impatient. She pretends that she is so nice and efficient but shes just the opposite. Interestingly It doesn't matter if its morning or evening ,high or low traffic this women always acts like your bothering her because you bringing your simply bringing your packages into the Post Office. They need to fire all of the characters in this office. Everyone in here acts and looks like something out of a horror movie.

please tell the Mailman to close our lids on our mail boxes, my mail was soaked when i got home. And the Post office omg what a rude and dirty person he is. I dont go there anymore I am doing more online shopping and doing email billing , no wonder the post office is suffering. he needs a drug test or something ... Thank You

Guy that works the counter ALWAYS looks like he needs a shower, shave and a haircut. Not to mention don't dare ask for help because that will only slow him down further. Paint dries faster than this guy moves!!
