Mike the owner actually Knows & Understands how Important Customer Service. Brambleton Frame Shop was highly recommended to be by several Business Associates. When I arrived at the shop he was helping 3 different customers. He greeted, welcomed and assured me he would help me shortly. As I looked around I noticed how organized the shop was. I listened as he helped the other customers and everyone left happy thanking him for help. This was the first time I ever needed items matted. the only thing I was sure of was I wanted Red matts. Do you know there are sooooo many colors of red.????? I became very overwhelmed. Mike was calming and suggested several different options. His knowledge, suggestions and experience was so welcoming and I was able to select the perfect color of red to highlight the items to display ! I highly Recommend this wonderful business.
