It's been a long time. Selection is a little smaller compared to so long ago, but still have cute items.

Lots of improvements from staff knowledge to items in stock & priced properly. Finding a paintbrush (watercolor brushes in particular) that's in the correct slot as well as bottled inks carousel/ pens really needs attention to those areas. Also the store does not carry the Gummed Linen Tapes that's used to hold watercolor paintings in Matte frames which is odd to me for obvious reasons. Also would like to see COLD WAX Mediums carried & Large Watercolor Chinese' brushes. Overall I'm Happy with the store & all the new employee faces. They've all been helpful & knowledgeable which is Refreshing! THANK YOU 😊

Michaels, please reopen your drinking fountains. We've known since 2020 that Covid is not spread by fomites. It is an anti-scientific move and forces your customers to pay for water. Summer is fast approaching.

Staff is nice. This seems to be a smaller branch that has a little of everything. Not a great selection for baking/decorating. If your looking for basics, they probably got you covered, if your looking for more, you might want to try a different branch with a larger variety.

Not much in the beading dept. They also charged me twice for one transaction. No response about it was after I reached out. No more Michael's for me.

This is the closest Michael's to me, and luckily, it pretty much has everything I need. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Store and bathrooms are always vlean.
