When I first opened the account I was unable to use my new card at Walmart. Whatever new card.I called chase they told me it was fix. Next time at Walmart, 6 months later, card did not work. I called again they wrote me an email letter telling my it was my fault their card didn't work at walmart??!? So if you would like your concerns addressed or wish not to be lied to by your banks costumer service or even want you card to be able to make purchase, this is not thebank for you.

They are truly amazing! Their customer service is always fantastic, very friendly and helpful especially during very stressful times! I absolutely love this bank and feel very protected and safe with them! Wish I could give them 10 stars! Thank you for all you do!

They never answer the phone which rings and rings until you are forwarded to a voice message that says they are busy with other customers. It doesn't matter what day of the week or the time, they are always busy. Once you do get through, they don't return calls as promised.

This Chase Bank branch has the nicest and most helpful group people working there. They have treated me like family and go out of their way to help in any way they can. The customer service is outstanding and it continues to be my favorite branch!

They always great you with a smile and always give there best, I have never had a problem with them. They have helped me reopen my account set up a savings and they put the customer first, and they are quick they don't make you wait around if you need any help.

Best branch staff I have ever dealt with at any banks. Have helped with me opening and re-opening accounts, overdrafts replacement cards with kindness and efficiency. Have always had a good experience and I normally hate banks! Staff is fantastic 10/10

Terrible customer services. The staffs were very rude and talk behind my back. They make me wait over 3 hrs to resolve a simple issue. Will never go to this branch again.

The atm here is indeed great, because it takes pictures of my checks and gives me confidence that the check is being accepted and processed correctly. There isn't another type of atm that I would be comfortable making a check deposit with, but this one gives me 24 hour access to both withdrawal -and- deposit functionality in a way that I'm happy to use. I often debate whether it's worth it to wait in line for a teller when I can just use the atm outside as easily and securely. Oh, and the business rep is also helpful.
