When I first opened the account I was unable to use my new card at Walmart. Whatever new card.I called chase they told me it was fix. Next time at Walmart, 6 months later, card did not work. I called again they wrote me an email letter telling my it was my fault their card didn't work at walmart??!? So if you would like your concerns addressed or wish not to be lied to by your banks costumer service or even want you card to be able to make purchase, this is not thebank for you. ~Philip

The newly appointed branch manager reached out to me to introduce herself and offer any help or services I may need which was beyond amazing. The kindness, courtesy, and professionalism displayed by Grace was so incredibly over the top! It's good to see that this bank recognizes hard work and dedication and promotes someone who clearly deserved the opportunity.
