Will never get a loan from key bank. Felt coerst into giving them money with the promise that things could still be adjusted to my requests before finalizing paperwork but that was a lie. Constantly butted heads with Tony the loan officer who never answered the questions I asked but would talk around in circles. Ended up taking his advice and took my business elsewhere. Only regret is that it cost me $500 to learn this lesson. Beware and make sure you completely understand what you are agreeing to if you decide to do business with them. 1/6/20 Thanks for taking the time to hear my complaints but not resolving my issues with your bank.

A one week hold on checks - when I’ve had the account for a long time - and have never bounced anything. Are you kidding me? My other bank makes $100 available the next business day, $500 the next day and I’m not sure when the remainder is put in. Key bank doesn’t put in anything? What’s up with that? Actually, I was told it depends on the back of the house, that they have no set protocol. I guess it’s time to go down to one bank and save the hassle. Would’ve been a hell of a lot faster to just cash the check then deposit it to key!
