I normally do not post about poor food however this is the 3rd burger in a row I've ordered Medium and it came crunchy from it being burnt. I even asked the Bartender to please make sure it's not over done because of the last times. I wouldn't even care if it was medium welll with a little juice left in it! This is also over a several month period. I usually only order from here maybe once a month. I'd hate to see what a well done burger looks like...

Listen, the food is great. The service. Horrible. I was the only person waiting to be seated and waited 20 minutes to be seated on a DEAD night. Food took almost an hour to come out with approximately a whole 10 customers in the restaurant. I ordered mozzarella sticks and a quesadilla…. If management was existent, and service was quicker and more attentive, would’ve been 4 stars easy. Figure it out guys.

First time we ate here, server was Excellent, wings were perfect. Went yesterday, had wraps and onion rings. Beef in wraps was burnt, chips were hard, onion rings over cooked and greasy. Server never came over to see how our food was. Very disappointed

Manhattan's are good, too bad they serve them in cheap plastic cups. Server very friendly.

I'd try some place else to eat before going here again. We were seated and no one ever came over to us. However, 2 couple who came in behind us were seated and received their drinks. I know places are short staffed but come on.

Stopped for dinner while staying at the resort. Great food and service. I reccomend the onion rings and garlic parm wings.

I tired wraps and burgers. It’s better if they watch out with burger temperature my burger came out half burned.

The cashiers at the buffet thursday were the rudest set of women ever! And when you sit down at coasters to order dinner and your waitress rudely tells you its gonna be a 45 min wait but you can order sandwiches over there ....well screw that if I wanted a sandwich I would have went over there . Maybe start looking into how your employees are treating the people who keep you in business

Waited an hour for our food when we finally got it the onion rings were cold and my burger was well done instead of medium like I asked. They did take one of our meals off the bill but we wont be going there again.
