This is the ONLY Verizon store my husband and I will do business with!! We drive over 45 minutes to come here when there are 2 stores within 15 minutes of where we live! Kayla & Logan Lowder both went above and beyond like they have the last 2 times we have came to the store!! We will continue coming back and recommend to anyone we know!!

I thought the service and everything was great! Until I received my first bill and also saw what my next bill was expected to be. I was misinformed on two different things, both leading to me paying more money than I was originally told. Can’t remember his name, but pretty sure it was the head manager as well! He deliberately left out bits and pieces of information to ensure I would go through with switching to Verizon. A protection plan was added to my account without my knowledge and I was told my monthly service charge would be $25 cheaper than what it’s actually going to be! Absolutely ridiculous! My parents were considering switching and I have since advised them against it!

This was the Best Verizon store I've ever visited. Not crowded. Great seating. Great music playing in the store. Sales rep was top quality. His name was Logan.

I went in with an unexpected need for a new phone. This store and team was super easy to deal with, knowledgeable and friendly. Considerate of my time and needs for a replacement phone. Apperson / 419 store highly recommended. Totally Stress free compared to my previous years of experience at other corporate stores or online transactions. I will be back!

On Monday, I took a 3-4 year old phone which would no longer charge to the Valley View location and was immediately told by the rep that we needed a replacement reburbished phone. Upon receipt of the “new” phone, I had to get son-in-law to set up the phone and it required an audiologist visit to pair the “new” one up to cochlear device. I then took the phone to the Apperson/419 location to have info transferred over (rep at valley view said this couldn’t be done). Logan Heater helped me and the first thing he did with the “old” phone was clean a bunch of debris imbedded in the charging port. The “old” phone immediately began charging!!!! I would have kept our phone had I not already had it paired to cochlear. Logan spent so much time with me getting info changed and even did the required update. He was respectful, very knowledgeable and helpful, and such a pleasure to work with. Isn’t it a shame that the rep at VV did not take the time to check the port. He did nothing except plug the phone in to verify the phone was dead and “not chargeable”! I certainly think Logan should be recognized by your company for his knowledge, effort, and amazing ability to relate to his customers.

Greg and Chris are awesome!! They were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. They even stayed over after 7:00 to transfer data from all 4 phones and were still so nice, like it didn't even upset them that they were there past closing time. This is the BEST store to purchase a phone! Kudos to you both!!
