This location is large. I found what I was looking for immediately without any help (no one asked if I needed help). When I went to pay, there were about 5 people already waiting in line for a sales associate to come ring them up. One of the customer's began to complain in a loud voice and a sales person finally came to the service desk. This took place on a Saturday morning and this location seemed to be short staffed.

I am very disappointed in the customer service that I received today. I came into the store early before an appointment and was in a rush. I proceeded with my appointment picked up my child and came home. Once finally going to get my items out of my bag to get ready for my birthday dinner, I realized I was missing close to half of my items. Being that I do have a toddler (and anyone with the 2 year old would agree) they get into things. I tore my whole house apart and even looked through my trash to find my missing items to no avail. I called the store and explain the situation stating that I may very well have the items but I just can’t find them. The girl on the phone was very sweet and assured me that the manager could look through the cameras to be sure that I did receive my items or I didn’t receive my items. Upon coming to the store to speak with the manager she was very rude and dismissive toward me. She barely even made eye contact with me or let me explain the situation. I was very polite and I tried to explain that I very well may have the items I just wanted to be sure. She barely even let me speak and stormed off into the back to check the cameras. The only thing she said to me was “it’s really weird that all these items wouldn’t be in the bag.“ I did not come in demanding my items I did not give her any type of attitude or place blame on the Sephora representatives or her. To finally splurge on myself for my birthday and then be treated like a thief was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever received. She came out and stated “every single item was placed in the bag“ and stormed back into the door she came out of. She had an attitude from the start never even so much as smiled and completely treated me as if I was some common thief. She continually dismissed me and wouldn’t even let me speak. Upon saying goodbye to her and thanking her she just turned her back to me. She did not say goodbye or sorry for the misunderstanding or display any customer service skills at all. I don’t appreciate coming in and spending hundreds of dollars to be treated as if I would come all the way back to the store just to steal. I made it very clear that it could very well not be their fault at all I just wanted to double check. I am so disappointed in my experience and I hope that if anyone else has a situation similar to mine that they don’t get treated that way. The behavior displayed by Tramara the manager was absolutely despicable and she needs to work on her customer service skills. Unacceptable.

This review has been a long time coming. I love this Sephora. The girls are always so helpful. I’d like to highlight a few employees and they are Anisa, Odette, & Laura. Anisa has helped me serval times. I’ve tried over several of her recommendations over the course of a few visits and I always love them! I’m very picky when it comes to skincare so that’s definitely a big compliment! She’s also just overall very sweet and attentive ! Odette and Laura both really helped me try and figure out the curly girl method and they were both very very sweet and just gave really excellent customer service! Give them a raise! They deserve it 🙂

i was trying to purchase a perfume and the cashier accidentally grabbed the wrong one from the back. when the manager came to see what was going on, she grabbed the item off the counter and repeatedly told me they didn’t carry the item the associate brought from their own back room! she got very annoyed because i didn’t understand what she was talking about! its not my fault you don’t know your inventory! didn’t even apologize…

I went because my friend and I had both appointments for make ups, When I was in my way I just received a cancellation message (and I have my boss wedding 3 hrs later) I can’t believed!! When I came, the manager was SO RUDE with me saying “I don’t know how the system let you do the appointment I don’t have people available, I don’t know what you gonna do”… it’s feels really bad, because it’s not my fault. I don’t remember her name but was on Saturday 19th March around 11:15am.

I was initially so excited when this store first opened because of how convenient the location was. However, every time I go it’s a huge disappointment. The service is always lacking and there’s always an air of rudeness/negativity. This why I prefer to shop online - and why I now prefer going to Ulta.

This Sephora is brand new on the corner of State Road 84 and University Drive. When walking in my sister and I were greeted warmly. The store was clean and fresh smelling. This particular Sephora is on the smaller size so they don’t have some of the things the larger stores have such as La Mer but do have a very nice selection for a smaller store. In addition to the employees there were some brand specialists there that were very helpful. We asked for some samples and they were more than happy to give them to us. The line to checkout was short I didn’t wait longer than 2 or 3 minutes. I was asked about and thanked for my visit. It was a nice experience with knowledgeable employees I would highly recommended this location.
