Great experience. They took their time through the entire sale and was happy to explain the benefits of my new phone. They made sure everything was transferred over. Chose this store over one that was closer because of my past experience with them.

Killing new business!! My family spent 3+ hours in you store last night! My son was attempting to leave His carrier & get his number ported over to AT&T -it never happened! The agent as well as the online said the port would occur this evening 24 hours later but it did NOT- his number is still with his old carrier! is that how AT&T aborts new business??! 🤬

I recently had a major problem with my phone and it apparently involved something with my sim card and a code I had no knowledge of and was traveling several states from home and i stopped at a AT&T store in Salem Va. And to my surprise the rep at the store opened the doors at the scheduled time and greyed me with the enthusiasm and was very professional and had my phone up and running in no time and I might add his knowledge in his field was exceptionable I've seen a lot of fly by nights but this guy knew his stuff , friendly also and I was on the road within 20 min... Thanks for everything!

I would first like to say I’ve been an AT&T customer for five years. I have always had good service and *minimal* problems. I also live close to this location, so have often frequented the store to pay my bill or ask questions. I changed my phone number last month and didn’t have issues until the last seven days of my prepaid plan when all of a sudden, my 4g stopped working. It was impossible for me to have used all of my data for I have the unlimited prepaid plan. I went to this Lakeside location as I always do to see if I could get help or possibly be given answers as to what the issue could be. There was one employee in the store. He could answer none, NONE of my questions sufficiently. Every answer was “I’m not sure, go to the valley view store”. I called customer service in the store to see if they could help me help him, help me. Vicariously helping someone do their job is what I felt like I was doing. She (Kimberly) walked me through going to my settings and resetting the network settings. I should not have had to call customer service for that suggestion, the employee should have at least thrown that out there as a possibility to assist me. She said she would call me back to see if that worked in 10-15 minutes. When that didn’t work, i became frustrated with my time spent at this location with zero help from him, and his putting his workload off onto either poor Kimberly or the valley view location. I told this employee I might just have to switch carriers completely. He replied a chipper and nonchalant “Okay!” If AT&T cares about their customers and wants to keep their patrons, they need to get this guy out of their store immediately. Kimberly with customer service, on the other side of the phone, from god knows where, was FAR more helpful than this oaf working in the store. She set up a case for technical support to work especially on the uncommon, unusual, and bizarre goings on with my 4G service. She promised me within 24 hours, my issue would be fixed. Thank you Kimberly with customer service. The manager of this location needs to retrain the only employee working on 5/3/19 around 12p-1pm. Anyone and everyone knows when a customer feels as if they should go elsewhere for better quality care, their current provider should reassure and restore confidence that they can and will help any way they can.

Awesome group of individuals, hopefully some of the customers of the valley view store wake up and come see the change that these guys are trying to make. If i could give the same 10 out 10 I did on the survey my husband and I got recently I would, but 5 stars!! We had fun and saved money!

The staff here are wonderful people! I had an amazing experience! They made porting my numbers with Verizon over very enjoyable, & gave me a FREE tablet for signing up for Directv! I recommend this store for everyone!
