Have always loved the deals and random things I can find at Ross. HOWEVER avoid this Ross if you can. Every time I’ve gone the past 3 months, the line stretched to the back of the store with only 1-2 cashiers. The employees (understandably so) are rude and impatient at the front. This store is in major need for help in store cleanliness, organization, and checkout process.

Ross always has great value. Line was very long with only one cashier at the time we went. I guess they were expecting it to be a slow day.

It was dirty and no one was able to help me find what I was looking for.The check out line took so long that I almost just leave my basket behind.

Store is ok but holy smokes are the employees rude. Don’t even ask them a question because even the ASM is rude as hell. Forget about customer service here, just pay and leave. Probably the worst Ross in Austin I’ve been to.

Line was long, a purse alarm was going off for the whole time we were there, but it was good.

On a good day, this is the place to be. But be warned on the weekends you will be fighting for scraps haha! Service at this location is nice and the waiting times aren't bad. If you're looking for a simply answer? Yes you can shop here. Keep in mind, I'm a guy. I found what I needed in less than 45 minutes. But you might not.
