Decent Ulta store. The only things that bothers me at this store is that the lack of stocking that gets done. Just yesterday there were two customers waiting in line, only to then ask the cashier where an item is and can they check the back for me. Especially in the Morphe and Elf sections. And sometimes I wish the staff would smile more!

Unhappy w/ my hair color. Got a full highlight and a haircut. Nothing like what i wanted and despite going back to correct my hair color, she dyed it back black again for me. Ended up wasting my time and money for no change. Supposedly she had 20 years of experience!!!!

Had a full highlight low light with Tempe for the first time having gone to her. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did exactly that. Look forward for my next appointment! She’s excellent at what she does highly recommend her.

Terrible haircut. Showed her my pic of before, w my short hair, walked out w bawled spots on back, so short you can hardly grab hair. Supposedly had 20 yrs exp. then charged me 55. I cried all afternoon. Embarrassed to go out of house. I owned a salon for yrs., and I know what I’m talking about. I have to say she was very nice.

It's a very nice Ulta location. We had a very lovely young woman helping us find several items we were interested in and my girlfriend made a few key essential purchases. She was kind enough to give Toni her choice of birthday goodies despite being a couple days past. Always fun to wander around the girly candy shoppe with no agenda or time constraints
