After waiting for about an hour in a full store, we were helped by Eddy. We were impressed by Eddy and his ability to tend to all of the customers ALONE as best as he could while his manager and coworker were in the back the whole time. It seemed like Eddy went back to ask for help numerous times but nobody ever came out to help him with any customers. Disappointing that a manager would treat their employees that way and not care about customers at all. Eddy gets 5 stars but the store gets 3.

There were a number of customers waiting. Only one employee working. The store manager Levi and one other employee walked in and went straight to the back and closed the door leaving us to wait. I and one other customer left. I won’t be back. I wanted to upgrade my wife’s phone. Oh well.

This store is AMAZING! I will never go to another AT&T store again. Levi was so very helpful and so patient with all my questions and problems. Alex and Zach are also very helpful! Thank you and I will recommend this specific store to all my Roseville friends. Definitely worth the short drive to Lincoln! Can’t recommend enough!

I try to get my phone repaired or replaced but had no luck. This place is pretty busy. The AT&T Store on Douglas has more employees so they can help you pretty much when you walk in the door.

Levi has been amazing he’s been so patient I can’t imagine what I would have done without him here. I was actually in tears this morning and he has fixed everything for me and also help me understand DIRECTV streaming. You are very fortunate to have him as an employee

Levi the store manager was incredibly thorough. He was able to identify my need immediately and look for a resource. Found a good fit and the process was speedy. I also understood the promotions with what I purchased. I felt secure in my purchase with him and would highly recommend him to anyone else because they will be sold exactly what they're looking for. Friendly and great sense of humor as well!
