Torin was awesome!! I had a complicated issue with trying to change lines over from another account. He was super nice and helpful. He was patient with me when I asked the same questions several times and made sure I had the best possible outcome for my situation. I have had bad experiences at other T-Mobile stores but Torin made my experience at the Lincoln T-Mobile great. I will definitely be making the drive to Lincoln for any future phone needs.

Second day they've been closed , drove there yesterday and no one was around , web site said open , and again today not driving all the way in there when no one answers the phone.

Blanca is the best! She helped me get an upgrade after my previous phone kept eating up new SIM cards. She does everything in her power to make sure your needs and issues are taken care of, she is a huge asset to this T-mobile location and should be recognized. Every time I've gone to this location I have always been greeted and helped.

My mom's phone died and she needed a working phone ASAP. Electronic lingo is still an area of development for my mom. We were helped by the most professional , patient, and knowledgeable person named Blanca. She not only offered my mom a fantastic deal on an Iphone she also helped with a complicated billing situation. Thank you Blanca for making this a less than painful experience.

i worked there for a lil bit, came out more broke than i went in - ‘nuff said. also those black post-mounted cameras (were only supposed to be up ‘until January 2021’ and are very much not compliant) have microphones, so for some of you older folk i advise against verbally giving sensitive credit check information, keyboards are a thing y’all can use and i suggest bringing one of your own

WOW! This store is incredible... Paul helped me out and he explained all of the amazing deals that they have as well as T-Mobile 5g network. I switched from Verizon to T- mobile and WOW what a difference! My bill went down drastically with T-Mobile and I was greeted as soon as I walked into the T-Mobile store. When ever I used to go to Verizon I would never be greeted and they would all be on their phones and totally ignored the fact that I was their. I TOTALLY RECCOMEND YOU GO TO T-MOBILE LINCOLN!!! They are AMAZING!!

Absolutely horrible experience. I have been a T-Mobile customer for years, and this was my first time going to this location. I was only looking to get an upgrade for my daughter's phone. The store was busy when I arrived, so I waited patiently in line. A heavy-set man named Paul, who claimed to be the manager, approached me and seemed friendly. I said I wanted to upgrade my daughter's phone to the iPhone 11, and he told me that I could get the iPhone 12 for free with some current promotion. I got excited! He then said they would "move my insurance over" to the new phone, which confused me because I never get insurance with my phones. After that, he changed the subject and started talking about some Apple Watch promotion they have, and when I said that I don't wear watches, he kept telling me about the benefits of the watch and what it can do, completely ignoring that I said I didn't want it, multiple times! He brought me over to see the cases and screen protectors for the 12, but I already bought my daughter both of those as part of her gift, at far less than they charge there. And instead of being understanding, he kept trying to sell accessories to me that I already bought on Amazon! Once he realized he couldn't upsell anything to me, he called over one of his employees, who had just finished helping another customer, to do the actual upgrade for him. And then he just walked to the back and stayed there! And worse, the employee informed me that the "free" iPhone promotion is with the trade in of a newer iPhone, which my daughter does not have! I was so frustrated I just left without the upgrade. Absolutely disappointing, the manager there is so disrespectful to his customers, only caring about sales and numbers rather than customer service. And reading the other reviews, he also apparently underpays or refuses to pay the employees that keep his business afloat, and even seems to have written a fake review of his own store to make it look better! Do not support this man and his business practices by going to this store. And Paul, if you read these reviews, do better for your customers and employees, both of which you need for your business to be successful!!!

Casey and Brandon are two of the most pleasurable people I have ever had the experience of working with. These two went above and beyond their duties to help me access my PIN. While on hold with the terrible support service T Mobile offers, the two made great conversations, sympathized with me, and actually made this tough situation quite an enjoyable one. Too bad I am not with T Mobile anymore to enjoy those two's fantastic customer service. Keep it up guys!
