Blanca is the best! She helped me get an upgrade after my previous phone kept eating up new SIM cards. She does everything in her power to make sure your needs and issues are taken care of, she is a huge asset to this T-mobile location and should be recognized. Every time I've gone to this location I have always been greeted and helped. ~Templar

After waiting for about an hour in a full store, we were helped by Eddy. We were impressed by Eddy and his ability to tend to all of the customers ALONE as best as he could while his manager and coworker were in the back the whole time. It seemed like Eddy went back to ask for help numerous times but nobody ever came out to help him with any customers. Disappointing that a manager would treat their employees that way and not care about customers at all. Eddy gets 5 stars but the store gets 3. ~Sarah

They will judged you and treat you like you're nothing if you use you're ebt food stamos6. Some cashier actually snapped at me because HE didn't know how to give me instructions to swipe my card. I said he was rude and another cashier just laughed. Disgusting people work here. Incredibly pathetic people work there. ~Joanna

Decent Ulta store. The only things that bothers me at this store is that the lack of stocking that gets done. Just yesterday there were two customers waiting in line, only to then ask the cashier where an item is and can they check the back for me. Especially in the Morphe and Elf sections. And sometimes I wish the staff would smile more! ~Brittney
