We went here for daughter’s 5th birthday makeup. Like Bibbity boppity boutique they do the makeup and are always so helpful. It was an amazing experience and I would highly suggest for any little princess who wants to get that Magical moment started off right

Great service ! On 4/16/22 Millie was super helpful. I was in the area for a family reunion at Disneyland and upon arriving to the hotel I realized I had forgotten my makeup bag at home. Millie was knowledgeable with the makeup products and found everything I needed plus more. I absolutely love all the products she recommended. I wish I could have completed my survey on time to give her some credit. I will definitely save my makeup shopping for Downtown Disney Sephora :)

I took my fiancée here when we were exploring around Downtown Disney. I knew that my fiancée was looking for this 24/7 make up thing but it was sold out from all the stores we visited. When we walked in, we were greeted and they were able to guide us to the right location where the product was. My fiancée was very happy that this Sephora store had it and of course she went to look around for other stuff too. The employees were very nice while we were looking because they kept asking us if we needed help.

On 9/9/2021 I had a sales associate named Isabel who was super friendly and helpful. I wanted to give her some credit by doing the survey but misplaced it. So I'm here giving her credit on being truelly helpful and going beyond to help. She was pretty great. I recommend asking for her if you need help because she knows what's up.

I have a little bit of acne, not enough to really worry about but enough to notice and had picked up a chemical exfoliant (solely because my friends used it). Marissa checked in on me and explained EVERYTHING in the exfoliant to me. She answered all of my questions with ease and waited until I asked to recommend something and steer me in the right direction and again, explained everything and how it worked in easy to understand terms. I really can’t say how helpful and kind she was in my visit. This location is so lucky to have her!

You can find all your favorite brands here. I love the fact that if you are a member you can accumulate points and exchange them for real cash or make up. I also got a small NARS gift for my Bday. So yay!

just want to say the staff there are very friendly but not pushy, unlike other staff/stores. I went twice within the same week. They didn't find me annoying even though i had question after question. BUT my go-to person will hands down be DAISY. She honestly was the first that actually cleanse her makeup brush, and took her time to get the right color match, the foundation that i really wanted. She such a sweet heart, her aura is very welcoming. DAISY helped me with my questions, gave me tips and offered if i wanted samples. I ended up buying the foundation she swatched that same night. i have it on today. It is spot on! Thank you again DAISY !!! (: and Sephora for hiring such a doll. <3

Management at this Sephora it’s really rude her name is Sam. She saying word against a Sephora return policy. I hope regional manager will check comments sometime so they will fix it or they gonna loose me as a customer.

Sephora at Downtown Disney is actually my second favorite location of Sephora, so I'm slightly saddened to see the mixed reviews. But, everything isn't for everyone... I really enjoyed this location due to the great lighting (an plus for trying on makeup!) and the great customer service I've received. Unless I'm heading to Disneyland or planned for dinner at Downtown Disney, this wouldn't be my usual spot since it's an hour away from me. But, still worth an visit!
