I have t mobile so I was there paying the bill plus it's closer to me, but when I was waiting, it wasn't pleasant, music was loud, felt uncomfortable that I was white, not Mexican, and thats the music they where playing, should be welcoming all people

Why do they advertise store hours closing at 8PM. When as a customer I'm here at 6:30PM? So when should a customer arrive tp be serviced? If the stores hours say 8PM and I'm here a whole hour and a half before closing?

I have always had good service here. Employees are attentive and answer any questions you may have. Never had an issue and have been going to this particular T-Mobile for years now. The area does get crowded at times since it is located next to a Starbucks. I recommend going to this store in the early morning for the best experience.

Bad service !Unproffessional ! Trying to buy something n They thought i had a fake ID! They logged in to my account in front of me , 611 customer service say they should have verify my documents there , cause i cant do it over the phone at 611 , So i went to Irvine tmobil and purchase my accessories there

Been there a few times and all the workers are always super nice and attentive. My mom had switched to a new phone and left the store realizing her contact were not saved, she went back and they were able to transfer them for her very quickly

Looks nice out and in. Too bad its always packed and takes forever to get to talk to sum1. Then when u do they tell u exact opposite of wut their customer care line says to, every time. And this is a corporate store its sad. Go to one on MacArthur and Bristol m7ch better service.

The service at this particular T-Mobile is horrible!! The representatives are so rude, by always looking at their phone while they are helping you or talking to their co-workers about what they are doing after work. I have been with T-Mobile for 7 years and I have never experienced such bad service like this store. Drive to another store, you will spend more gas but it will be worth it
