I've sent both of my parents, different times, to get their old phone info transferred to their new phones, that I sent them. Both of my parents were turned away. The employees told them they can't transfer their info.

My "ancient" tablets software went kaput... Thankfully... it was within walking distance from where I was shut down (professional tractor/trailer operator) 😎 The representative (forgot her name) that helped me was very professional, understanding and even made a great restaurant recommendation... 🤙

Horrible store my wife went in a week ago to switch her line over witch she did and when she paid did not get change from a hundred dollar bill went back and the guy who attended her named Cesar did not want to give my wife back the Money or comply so the best thing he said was at the end of the night he would count the money in the register and if he was over he would give us a call the following two days we receive no phone call so me and wife decided to go back to the store again only to find out there is nothing we can do that we would have to wait 3 to 4 days for technicians to watch footage of the guy CESAR not giving the change of 45 dollars its been a week and a half so we go in the next day to find a letter on the window saying this t mobile store is closed due to covid

I went to this store a week looking for a new phone for my mom. The young lady that helped us was very unprofessional and rude. I was asking for prices and options, and she refused to give me the full answers and or options. When my mom finally found a phone that she like liked I told her and she said oh we don’t have that phone in stock, but YOU can call other stores and check if they have it. I asked her if she could call and she said she wasn’t supposed to but that she would TRY. She walked away and came back to let us know no other store had it. She said I’ll be on the other side if you need me and walked away to gossip with her coworkers. We left with a horrible experience. It was a waste of my time going there for a bad customer service. This store doesn’t deserve not even one star.

I went to this T-Mobile like two-three weeks ago to get an iPhone 11 Pro Max but they ran out. So the guy said he was gonna activate a line and see if they could received one from another store. However, we didn’t receive a single call so we went to another T mobile today and when we tried to activate lines the guy told us that the unused line was still activated and that we should have received a bill some time soon. So basically we were going to get charged for a line that we didn’t even use/receive. The guy who helped us out today told us that we were supposed to get a call asking for cancellation since he couldn’t get a hold of the iPhone 11 Pro Max but they never did. I’m glad we went to a different t mobile who was able to fix a problem caused by this t mobile

While I did not end up purchasing anything the sales associate Eric was an absolute delight. He was very patient and mellow. Not pushy at all. He was very thorough. I appreciate him because he did not make me feel like an incompetent potential client, which is greatly appreciated. Thanks Eric!

Worst store ever!! Came to do a warranty exchange and this freaking lady half blonde hair was inspecting my cell like crazy maybe that is the way they inspect her before they hit it!! But anyways my cell was not broken what so ever i kid you not she even took the cell and place it where there was better light to check if it was broken. She then came back saying it was scratch! Like really just looking for any excuse not to change my cell. She said something about a policy that the warranty or insurance are suppose to mail us a list with the policy anyways they did not change my cell. My phone meets the warranty exchange!! No wonder this store is one of the bad one. Never am i coming back here! Feels like they are doing an Fbi check seriously!!

I would have to say from the time of heading inside the door and from the time I left it was a great experience. The greeters were very friendly and the expert helping me with my phone problems was fantastic and had excellent customer service. Marshall took excellent care in troubleshooting my phone and easily helped me with my problems. I have been to many other T-mobile stores which have taken me an hour or more just to finally be talking with an expert. This store and this team helped me within 20 min during busy store hours. I recommend this store and this team of awesome employees 100%. Enough said.
