Lady here tried to rip me off tried to charge me 200 for a free phone, when i asked phone a break down of the phone she all a sudden started looking for the phone and said she didnt hage that kind. After 15 min of looking stuff up . Then when she pulls out a phone that she does have she tries to still day its 200 dollars that shes cant sell me the phones with out a case or screen protector which came out to 60 bucks which is a complete rip off i had to ask her to break down the price for me several times then had to ask how much is case and screen protector to find out its 60 bucks for for both. I said no you cannot make me pay for something i dont want and left. Waste of 40 minutes

The overweight female manager is disrespectful and doesn't know how to do her job. Just because my father is elderly doesn't mean that she should just brush him off and refuse to help him connect his phone which DOES WORK on the metro pcs system! The Metro on Red Hill had no problem helping him out! Despicable service!

This location is trained by Branda to up sale you wrongfully! We went in to switch a phone n was told nope not compatible after she stopped the other sales agent from helping us, told him what to click. Didn't buy a new phone. Called Metro and it was switched in 5 min for 20$!!!!

Ana answered all of my questions and matched me with a phone 📱 that met my requirements and price point 💰 She also assisted with the initial set up which is usually the worst part about getting a new phone for fear of losing all of your contacts etc. Go see Ana she has excellent customer service !!!

The best experience ever. Today i walk in with an issue on my cell and to my surprise the team member anna was very helpful. She has a great customer service. She literally went the extra mile fixing my problem. Thanks anna for a great customer service. You should get a raise or a big promotion for doing a great job. Congrats

I went to Metro to get a replacement phone. A young woman, Natalie I think was her name. She helped me. She went beyond what was required of her, she took extra time and effort to help me with how to set up my phone and explained details I didn't quite understand. I was very impressed with her knowledge and tech savvy, as well as making me feel I was a valued customer.. She is a credit to Metro PCS, you're fortunate to have an employee like her.

These girls will do anything to get you out of the store with a smile!! I had a question regarding my plan because I had gone to another store and they messed up my monthly plan so this store helped me resolve the issue not only that but I even walked out with the latest moto G& power, you can tell they know how to do their job. Leaving everything at a great price even their cases :)
