I have t mobile so I was there paying the bill plus it's closer to me, but when I was waiting, it wasn't pleasant, music was loud, felt uncomfortable that I was white, not Mexican, and thats the music they where playing, should be welcoming all people ~Cathy

I've sent both of my parents, different times, to get their old phone info transferred to their new phones, that I sent them. Both of my parents were turned away. The employees told them they can't transfer their info. ~Sandra

Lady here tried to rip me off tried to charge me 200 for a free phone, when i asked phone a break down of the phone she all a sudden started looking for the phone and said she didnt hage that kind. After 15 min of looking stuff up . Then when she pulls out a phone that she does have she tries to still day its 200 dollars that shes cant sell me the phones with out a case or screen protector which came out to 60 bucks which is a complete rip off i had to ask her to break down the price for me several times then had to ask how much is case and screen protector to find out its 60 bucks for for both. I said no you cannot make me pay for something i dont want and left. Waste of 40 minutes ~Vincent

Well the staff are on or off on being helpful or snide in this place, but their used game prices are the best! Also, be aware that they have no real returns policy, if you bought it you bought it. ~Danilo

Don’t go to this location! I went here because my phone was stolen and I needed a new one asap. Chose a phone and was told it would get shipped to my house the next day, it actually arrived at their store 3 days later without anyone letting me know. Was sold on the insurance policy because they said I can get free replacement screen protectors for life. Sounded like a good deal so I agreed. They undercharged me initially because I asked to add a case and screen protector when I bought the phone, but they were never charged. So I bought them separately when I went back to pick up my phone. Those receipts were never emailed to me, something I did not realize at the time. When I needed a new screen protector several months later they told me to get it at the Main Place Mall location, but when I went there they told me that I needed to go back to the store I bought my phone from. So I went back to the one on Main st. and they refused to give me a new screen protector under warranty when it broke, saying “we need the receipt” which I was obviously unable to provide because they never sent them to me. Told me to come back when the manager Robert was there because he could override it. Of course he did not, he just asked an employee who didn’t remember what happened if they forgot to give me a receipt and left it at that. Wasted my time making several trips here, this should not have been that big a deal especially when they realized they messed up. Instead they are rude and degrading, making it seem like I lied and never bought it there even though the insurance has clearly been getting charged on the phone since I bought it in January. Worst part is not that I didn’t get the replacement screen protector. It’s that they are rude, degrading and unhelpful. They waste your time and give you the run around. I heard them talk down about their staff and other locations yet don’t help you out when those employees made a mistake. You can feel a negative and awkward vibe soon as you walk in. Avoid this store there are many others in the area better than this. ~Ishan
