This location has really gone down the drain these past few years. Cashiers/employees are pretty rude, seems like you never really get their sales prices, and today the cashier was on his earpiece and not wearing a mask. On top of that, a customer went in to shop without a mask and nothing was said to them either. I left the store in under 5 minutes but I definitely left feeling dirtier than when I went in. ~Ariel

We should boycott CVS for writing up/firing employees for not getting people to sign up for the stupid carepass that many people DON'T WANT!!! $5 per month and you risk having your data debit card # stolen because cybersecurity breaches happen. Hard pass!!!! ~Jennifer

This location still locks their doors at night and refuse to let people in despite being 24/7. It’s not like the workers are unavailable or unsafe, they just don’t care. Even reviews 2+ years old call this behavior out and it’s sadly still the case. We were told “5 am” is when they open again on a weekday… that’s 5 hours from now, they’re not doing anything the entire night besides maybe a floor mop, let’s be real. ~Greg

The owners are rude to their customers. They yell at them to hurry up and they short changed a man and made everyone exit the store so they could open the cash register and count the money to verify there was a mistake made . Then they yelled at the man and told him to say something sooner next time or they won't give him his money back . ~Queen

Cold slices of pizza and sticky floors. I expect better 711. 711 is my favorite store locally and receiving this type of customer service was disappointing. ~David

The old fellow was too good now under new management... the new fellow last week can't speak English... why they employ these kind of people who lack basic education... the fellow was with GPS on the ankle... scared now to visit this store..looks like a criminal background... wake up serious flaw employing people who are on gps...I'm sacred to go there now... are you listening? ~Mm

This is a clean, well stocked store (there were only two items they didn't have). The checker was fast and friendly. I no longer work near there, but I stop there when I'm in the area & need to shop. Loved having the convenience of a friendly efficient pharmacy inside the store! The pharmacist remembers me & is always happy to see me after 5 years away! ~Rosemary
