Always very difficult obtaining rain checks for "frequently" out of stock items. Also, including even store director refusing to refund customer for "frequently" overcharged items nor to resolve complaints of bad service. To the point of store making repeated physical threats against customer life and safety. Also, both stores and pharmacy typically are not friendly to disabled people. So sad situation for mistreated customers. Albertsons doesn't care at all about the customer.

Literally my favorite grocery store Ever! Everything is always clean and usually in stock. More importantly the staff is amazing! I wish I could mention everyone individually but I will stick to my top 3. Jean Marie may be the kindest and most considerate grocery store employee I have ever encountered! She goes the extra mile for all of her customers every time with a smile on her face. Letty is absolutely amazing! Great at her job, always helping associates and customers. I will wait in a longer line just to have a word with her. Taylor is the not only professional and efficient, he also always takes the to engage each and every customer. Shout out to Jose in the deli, Julie and Alex as well! On top of the associated I deal with the management seems very friendly in their interactions with their team. I not only shop for personal orders here but I also do instacart. Needless to say I shop at this Albertsons a lot! I have never been disappointed with the service I received. Thanks guys!

It is a good Albertsons, it is everything you expect. Clean isles, helpful customer service, I found everything I was looking for and they are open later than any other grocery store. 1am. That's what boosted you from 3 up to 4 starts. Very good way to see yourselves above the rest!!

Very rude customer service. Standing in line at the customer service desk, patiently waiting until someone was available to address my needing a money order. I've done this countless times and am accustomed to waiting for the lines at the checkstands to diminish before I receive assistance. Today, a cashier yells across from the checkstand, "Can't you see it's closed?!" I calmly replied that the posted hours say, 11am to 7pm and it was only 5pm, and I'm just waiting. She cuts me off and and says aggressively, "It's closed!" The cashier wouldn't let me explain that I was fine waiting however long until they weren't busy. She then yells, "It's because we don't have enough staff." So I won't be using Albertson's services after being yelled at for their error, in front of other customers, and no signage stating that they are short-staffed. All things I would totally be okay with had they addressed me like a human rather than yelling. To clarify, in the past, the service desk has always had a "closed" sign posted when I arrive, (within the hours posted they are supposed to be open), and they'll ask what I need, and if busy they'll communicate with me that they'll have someone assist me as soon as possible. I have never made a fuss or an incident about waiting. I have thanked them for assisting me and always been courteous, never raised my voice. I work in customer service so I know the proper etiquette and understand the issues they face.

This is a clean, well stocked store (there were only two items they didn't have). The checker was fast and friendly. I no longer work near there, but I stop there when I'm in the area & need to shop. Loved having the convenience of a friendly efficient pharmacy inside the store! The pharmacist remembers me & is always happy to see me after 5 years away!

Albertsons is always a good place to shop. I think God of all the big box grocery stores they are my favorite. The stores are usually well laid out, their prices are about the same as every other grocery store, the one thing I really do like about them is they have the pharmacy. Their prices are maybe a bit higher than say Stater Brothers and in the produce may be a bit higher than sprouts, but I still like shopping here.
