This location still locks their doors at night and refuse to let people in despite being 24/7. It’s not like the workers are unavailable or unsafe, they just don’t care. Even reviews 2+ years old call this behavior out and it’s sadly still the case. We were told “5 am” is when they open again on a weekday… that’s 5 hours from now, they’re not doing anything the entire night besides maybe a floor mop, let’s be real.

Both times I have visited this location i could physically see the clerk inside signalling to me that they're closed. I thought 7-11 was 24 hours? Only in the OC.

Too many homeless around looks very unsafe and dirty.. customer service is good but I don't like to all the people outside waiting for you to ask you for change.

apparently they close at some point & don’t open again until 4am, but they don’t post anything saying they’re closed. they just lock the door, leave all the lights on and then pretend they don’t see or hear you when you try to come in. literally. the guy pretended he didn’t see me while he was moping. real smooth, dude.

Friendly employees with good customer service. The one thing that really irritates me is the fact that the guy that works the night shift is always closed from 1am to 4am. I kind of understand because of the shady people that live in the area, but it also pisses me off because it’s a 7-11 and they are supposed to be open 24 hours and 7 days a week when they aren’t. I feel like he should at least allow people in that don’t look like vagrants or homeless so I can at least buy something to snack on or drink since there nothing else close around that’s open. It’s a great store other than the guy that works the night shift and refuses anyone that tries to come in. I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s back there sleeping the entire time and probably doing nothing most of his shift.

Really bad attitude from the night crew I would not go back their they never have nothing restock and when u ask something they answer you with the bad attitude. Would like to report to the manager or owner for hiring people like that

I love coming to this 7eleven during my breaks. The staff always make me feel welcome. Special shout out to irma as well n good training on ur staff. Irma always gave anbig smile when coming in n very helpful.
