Store is clean and organized. The staff is friendly and ready to help. They have a wide selection of games to choose from for Switch, Playstation, and Xbox. Besides games they also have gaming accessories and collectibles like Funko pops. The store itself is great, the only reason I gave 4 stars is because most of the used games are priced really high. I can buy some of these new for less than what GameStop is selling them used. I know it's a corporate thing, not a store thing but it still affects people shopping at this location.

They lied and said I can't return without receipt even though it shows up 4 days ago on my account a different store did no problem I get that times are tough they're probably struggling really hard in that location they need to penny pinch. Definitely need to read up on the policy though

I have been using this Gamestop for as long as I can remember and while new employees and management understandably cycle through, the service is always top notch. They offer 9pm releases for a lot of the newer popular games and are always really helpful with preorders for games or merchandise. I now live further but will continue to use this gamestop because of the above mentioned

They've changed since I've last been here in over 5 years. I didn't come to buy games but to explore their merchandise. It was a nice change to find a spot that sells items you enjoy (for gamers) that are more tangible. I hope they keep going in this direction as I'll come back again.

Manager is knowledgeable and seems passionate about the games, the store and what he does. I buy most my games from this store now. Decent stock and clean store. Parking lot ok but on a busy corner but not too bad.

I could not thank you enough for your kindness and friendliness. The young fellow that helped us went above and beyond on answering each question we had and they all did with grace. We got an amazing bundle deal and they were super stoked for us. Thank you again fellas for all your kindness and amazing customer service. Good genuine customer service experience is hard to find now a days but you all succeed beyond my expectations and we are greatly appreciative of such 🙏 P.s. my kids are going to go crazy with their Christmas present 🎁 😁
