Recently used local trucks to move within the city of Anaheim. I have to say they were particularly good at what they did and very quick but didn’t have the same respect for my appliances. My brand new washer and dryer has scratches and chips out of it, my fairly new black refrigerator was broke and has deep scratches on the front of it. Because they didn’t want to take the doors off to move it properly. My headboard was damaged as well as a few other minor things. I doubt if anything will be done about these things. But when you pay that much money you expect to treat your things better. Never did they wrap anything by the way. Thank you for the hard work.

Okay I have to say the reviews are spot on for these guys. Rigo and his partner are AMAZING!!! From OC California to Las Vegas. They were professional from start to finish. Rigo kept in contact the entire time prior to trip for any questions or updates. Also during the trip by providing ETA. Their online invoices and payment methods are professional and easy to use. On the day of my move the guys arrived a little early and txtd me to inquire if that was ok @6:45 a.m.( move time schedule for 7:00 am) . Within a few hours my entire place was packed PROPERLY. My family members were there to meet the movers and by the time I arrived my bed was assembled and of my boxes/items were in their allotted rooms. If you're in the LA, Orange County or surrounding areas don't think twice about booking these guys. They are reasonably priced and are trying to make an honest living. None of my items were damaged or "lost"... 😉 Support small businesses 💪🏾

I have used Local Trucks twice in the last few months and they've been a life saver. They respond very quickly and are always pleasant and professional. They also were able to do my job within 24 hours of contacting them. Pricing is very fair and the staff is fantastic. I highly recommend for moving projects big and small.

I hired Local Trucks to assist me with clearing out my business property (closed my boutique) and also to transport some of my excess household items to my storage facility. Local Trucks brought two very clean white vans. I would like to comment on their professionalism, integrity, manners and careful handling of all items. They were prompt, friendly, highly communicative, speak and write exceptional English and were very eager to please. Another nice thing about Local Trucks is that there are no extra hidden charges such as multiple drop off or pick up points. They charge by the minute. Best of all there is no required minimum. Most movers require at least 3 hours. That is quite useful if you need them to pick up and transport a heavy item. I also had Local Trucks rearrange furniture in my house and move a freezer and refrigerator I had in my garage to the other side of the garage, move heavy items to the curb so that the City dumpster can pick them up. When all done, I asked if Local Trucks would swing by my sister's business to deliver some glass shelving (I picked up from storage) and put it in her glass cabinet she had at her shop. They did and sent me a picture of it showing the shelving in it. I did not even ask them to send me the pic. In the past 20 years, I and my family have hired at least 6 to 8 moving companies (for both business and personal for at least 16 different times or so) and have had issues with most of these companies, such as, theft, breakage, padding their time, asking for cash only, rough handling, damage/scrapes/scratches, dragging furniture on concrete, fake property insurance and refusal to honor a claim even though documented by the driver, etc. Until I found Local Trucks, I had to watch these other companies like a hawk and take a physical examination of their truck (hidden areas in back of the seats). With Local Trucks you do not have to worry about unethical practices. Finally, a moving company I can trust. I will use them exclusively. Thank you Local Trucks.

Rigo and his team were on time, very polite and worked diligently to move my furniture. They handle everything with care. They also helped set up my bed. It was truly a blessing to have them help me on such short notice. I was very happy and impressed at how quick they were able to move me into my new unit. Thank you so much guys! Highly recommended! As a couple who was transitioning from military family life and moving back home, we moved our belongings twice with Rigo's help! Rigo and his team helped us move from our apartment to our new home and then again when our household goods arrived from Florida. Each time, his team hustled to get our belongings where we wanted them and made sure to take great care while doing so. Some of our furniture is expensive (for us) so making sure it remained undamaged was a high priority. As I was growing up, my family tended to move quite a bit. A few times we hired movers to help, but each time we were left frustrated with guys taking long breaks, socializing too much, etc, but NOT with Rigo's team! Rigo himself sets the example of what a mover should be like, and his team follows suit. I will be using his services again next month when my mom moves in. I have no doubt that moving some of my mom's belongings to storage and some to my home will go smoothly with Rigo's and his team's help!

Local Truck Rentals is the company that I've been using the past year. Since renting from them for my business delivery needs I have not gone back to U-Haul. They offer a wide variety of truck selections from the full size pickups, extended bed truck and cargo vans. Rigo, the owner is always a pleasure to work with and is in constant communication if there is ever a question. The value added service of working with him directly and having the options of rentals keeps me coming back. If you are currently using a truck rental service I highly recommend giving Local Truck Rentals an opportunity for your next need. I've been renting from Local Truck Rentals for the past year and will be continuing in the future to come.
