I think the owner’s name is Perry or something. He was rude to me and all the customers that were there. There was a man that only spoke Creo French and he was treated badly with no compassion. There was an elderly woman that didn’t know how to return to Amazon. I was berated in front of everyone if I helped any of his customers. I will not return for this rudeness and humiliation ever again.

Sucks! They do a great job of what they are doing. But it is upon them to choose UPS. I always use FedEx, and they always use UPS, which is not my choice. If you go to their website, it shows FedEx as they support. If they don't like FedEx, why have it on your website. Two reasons why I don't like UPS, I had an $187 dollars battery missing from one of drone repair. Yes, I filed a police report. The other one, was sometime in the early 2000, UPS told the deaf people that they can not drive. That's discrimination, loud and clear. The Deaf individuals took UPS To Court, And Won! I will not give it any star, if they can not respect customer right to choose.
