I came in about 20 minutes before close and was immediately kicked out by the manager. “We don’t have nothing. Go home.” She told me while literally shooing me out of the building. A simple “oh I’m sorry we’re closing.” would have been fine. As someone who works in customer service, her behavior was completely unacceptable and left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be returning.

Legitimately the worst experience I've ever had. Told me 35 minutes was what I was told to get my order wait for an hour and half at the store only to receive my pizzas that were completely uncooked in tge middle didn't even eat it through it away because it was that 🤢🤮

Food is decent. Service could be better. But the one thing that got to me was I ordered some strombolis and they messed up one completely and later we found out that the sausage we got wasn't sausage. It was chicken seasoned like their Italian sausage. It was gross af. Note that in pictures that it was supposed to be bacon, onion and banana pepper. And this is what I got. And the sausage is definitely chicken. And I know it was "sausage" because it was on every stromboli ordered and no one ordered chicken

It was the most horrible pizza I ever ate don't get a pizza from there I ordered a pizza with pineapples and ham and all it had was about 3 little pineapples and 3 little hams all sauce. I will never go there again

First off let’s start with The manager is very rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all! She needs to find something else to do for a living. Now the real problem. I Got a remake pizza because the one they served me was blown out in the middle and paper thin and had no cheese or toppings in the middle. Now I get a pizza, looks fine. But who wants to eat pizza that’s paper thin?! All the dough is on my crust!!!! I mean come on. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to make a decent pizza. You guys need to do better.

The only reason that I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the 2 girls that we're working there are polite. However I went in during dinner rush at 6pm and there was not a single hot n ready pizza ready and one of the employees was writing out a dry erase sign when she could have assisted customers or helped her co-worker. As I only saw 2 employees. I feel like they definitely need to learn some time management and customer service skills. To top it off I placed my order and I watched them reach into the oven several times and remove food before it was fully cooked. I don't mind waiting. If I'm already waiting 15 minutes what is 2 or 3.more minutes. My pizza was not cooked all the way through. Bottom line be sure to place your order over the phone never go here for something quick

Would give this place a zero if possible! I called ahead to get a fresh hot and ready and bread sticks. Upon my arrival I was given an old pizza that was overcooked and looked horrible! I also received sauce for my bread sticks that was clumpy and and looked disgusting. I will not return and would HIGHLY recommend saving your money and not go there!

Store manager “Sami “ had me wait for pizza for 15 minutes. Said it was coming out the oven. Well got it home and it’s not cooked all the way. Dough still raw . Called and she got attitude with me. Just wanted my Pizza remade. Now it’s going to Take another 25-30 minute for pepperoni stuffed crust pizza. No wonder the reviews are bad. Hopefully the store owner will train people better. Looks by the reviews that the staff attitudes problems. It also looks like they send out a lot of uncooked pizzas . On my way to get my pizza hope it’s cooked this time.
