I was quoted on a package today before I shipped it and when they weighed it I was told $28 and some change. I got out of line to fill out my customs form and after that got back in line to be checked out. They weighed the exact same package again the price changed to almost $45. What a rip off. I think they just charge whatever they want to charge. Won’t be shipping anything there anymore. Be careful if you do to.

Constantly delivering packages to wrong address and wrong town. Signs for everything without permission. Now my daughter is out of her birthday supplies and presents because my packages were delivered elsewhere again!

I, like most people, do almost all of my shopping online during this pandemic. I cannot imagine what my family and I would do without our postal workers. This office is amazing. Wonderful, friendly people willing to do whatever it takes to help. Much love to you guys, keep up the fantastic work!!

At 8:30 this morning some guy informed me he would not ship my package with a company pre-paid shipping label because it was .3 pounds over. Went to another post office down the road and they shipped it with no complaints. Poor customer service.

Where or Where is My Mail? This is the second time this week I have had mail miss delivered. I receive the Your Daily Digest from the Post Office that tells me what is being delivered. Today, I have a check missing. We have contract people that deliver our mail on the block that I live on in Hidden Valley Lake. I cannot tell you how many times I receive other people's mail. Lawrenceburg Post Office please do something about the bad mail deliveries since you have put contractors on this mail route. Also I agree with other people that have commented - Sam, at the customer service window, is great!

Highly dissatisfied with my local post office delivery. I had a package being tracked with them and it is now 4 days late. I actually ordered this package with another item, and I received half of my delivery early on the 23rd. This was rather confusing, and I assumed the other half would be delivered the next day. I figured with the chaos of COVID and the Holidays it wasn’t going to make it to my home by the 24th, but I had hope it would arrive today since they don’t deliver on Sunday. My last tracking location for my package was at their facility on December 24th at 1:20 am, and I don’t understand why it has yet to arrive. I guess they must be extremely understaffed.This was suppose to be a gift for Christmas, and I guess it’s just a sit and wait game till it arrives.

After reading so many negative reviews about the help and their unhelpful attitudes, I was very hesitant about going. What a surprise when the gentleman ahead of me and my self were met with smiles and a very pleasant attitude. The help was very pleasant and efficient and I would definitely go there again.

Post office keeps delivering packages to my garage, which is 500 feet from the house. Our driveway is clear enough for my Honda ,yet I get a notification of snow stopping my delivery. UPS came to my door that same day.

Sometimes you get your mail, sometimes not! Show a pkg delivered today. Did not receive! Watched the mail truck drive by. Needless to say when you call, you get no answer. If it doesn't show tomorrow, I guess I have to argue with Amazon. Thank God for UPS.
