Best electronics store in Auburn, Maine (ME) 2024

Great experience overall. They delivered my order, set everything up and made sure I knew and understood all the paperwork. The delivery drivers were super nice. Everyone I talk to and do business with there is always so nice and more than happy to help. Highly recommend! ~Vanessa

I was wishing I can give this a zero star but I have to go with one star I walked in and there was two gentlemen on the front of the store it says help once it are hiring event however both of the representatives that were there did not help the customer at all and then after leaving the store to see why they are not answering the phone I attempted to call and I called while both gentlemen are in the store and neither one of them answered and there’s no one walking around in the store this location should be closed very racist ~Junior

The layout and stock seems very updated and new. Reminds me of best buy. The gamer section is pretty decent with multiple brands. Very easy to find everything. ~Elaina

So when did the cashiers not have to at least help you bag groceries? Why even have them ring you up? Mine as well replace them with machines and just have 1 or 2 people who are good with people and the machine help if you need it. She literally watched me bag my own stuff and struggle to reach something that was close to her and didn’t even hand me it. Another customer was waiting, would have been faster to help.
