Best discount store in Suffolk, Virginia (VA) 2024

First time in the store and will not return. Straight hood. Customer service training needs to be completed again. Cashier and two ladies held a conversation through my entire transaction. They were too busy chatting to greet anyone entering the store. Would have left everything g in the store but they were cute. ~shannon

I usually find what I'm looking for. I was good until they put that friggin 'Maze of Wonders' at the front! There's NOTHING on those shelves there that we want, so could you please remove them? The closeness of them makes maneuvering around with our baskets impossible. Other than that, great job! Thank you ~Alchemic

Location is NEVER open. They always have a sign on the door CLOSED for various reasons but yet always see employees walking around inside. This has been going on for the past 2.5 years. How is management allowed to operate like this? This picture was at 7pm they advertise open until 9pm. Completely ridiculous and they need new management, reliable employees and oversight from corporate. ~James
