Years ago I was extremely happy with this store and an employee at Customer Service, Christine. While I stand by my faith in Christine, I was very disappointed in this store my last visit. My dad loves shopping at this location and the Kroger/Harris Teeter brand in general but while approaching "Clay" at checkout we were turned away. He said he wasn't open and his light was turned off which was fine and we went to a different register, but just a few short minutes later he was checking customers out. We were not even done checking out our few items (less than 10) before he was accepting other customers. My dad decided not to make a complaint but I would like it to be known. Not sure what was going on but if he was accepting other customers I wish he would have taken my dad as well.

Not a bad place to shop and their pizza is good, to be a supermarket. I gave them three stars because,...well...I'm a little biased. I really miss when the location use to be a Farm Fresh. Their (Farm Fresh) salad bar and fried chicken was the bomb. You would enter and walk to the center right and there would be the heavenly smell of steamed shrimp being prepared for a customer. And, the people who worked there appeared to be a little more friendly, not that the Harris Teeter people aren't, but the Farm Fresh crew have them beat. Still, Harris Teeter is a good place to go make groceries, but I really, really miss Farm Fresh.

This was my first visit to a Harris Teeter. I was like a kid in a candy shop. I have never seen quail eggs but with unique items like there are at HT, they actually carry them.

More upscale than Wal-Mart but not quite Target. An area dedicated to healthier choices is the biggest distinction for this store over the others in the area. Clean. Plenty of cashiers and self check out stations. Fair selection for a one stop shop but pricier for not quite the quality. Plenty of parking and aesthetically appealing even as you walk in to get your shopping cart. Just kind of puts you in a good mood as you walk in.

I don't have the extra money to spend at Harris teeter without them using my card, so I no longer shop their as much as I used to because their prices were High before the pandemic but now that prices have gone up and they don't take my care, I will do less shopping there and go to places that do except my healthy benefits card. But, other than that I would shop there much more often.

Well stocked, clean store, with friendly employees. I come here often because my kids love the donuts and it’s always a good experience. This is also my preferred store for fresh fruits and cake.

Generally prices seem more expensive but product availability appears to be better than other stores. Friendly and helpful customer service.
